Lavish Miami Designs Shipping & Return Policy

Each Dress is made at the time of purchase, which allows us to make the perfect dress! No mass production.

 

Tailoring Time: 1-2 Calendar days.
Shipping Time:   2-3 Calendar days.

Receiving Time = Processing Time +Shipping Time

 

Corsets allow for making 4-5 days.

Returned items must meet these requirements:
 

  • Returned within 10 business days of receipt of receiving your order. ( By tracking information )

  • In original packaging, unworn condition, free of make-up stains and free of odor.


Non-returnable items include (exchanges/refunds or store credit not accepted):  sale items, formal gowns, accessories.

Shipping: Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the return back to Lavish Miami Designs and for re-shipping for exchanges.

Return Processing time: Once we have received your package, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. If you would like to request a refund, please note that additional days may be required by your bank to complete this transaction, which is typically 2 to 5 business days since they have received the information from us.

Damaged/Defective items may be returned for store credit or an exchange may be provided (if item is still available for exchange, (shipping costs is the customers responsibility). Please call or e-mail Lavish Miami Designs to notify us within 2 business days from the delivered date of any damaged/defective items. Items must be in its original condition (unwashed, unworn,) with the original packaging. 

Please submit via e-mail, 2 pictures of the damage. Picture #1 should show a close-up of the damage and Picture #2 should be of the complete item. Include your invoice #, style #, color, size and how many pieces damaged, and if you would like a credit or exchange. 

If you receive a style or color you did not order, please let us know within 2 business days from the delivered date and we will send you a return label and process a store credit for the wrong item once it has been received. Items must be in its original condition (unwashed, unworn,) with the original packaging. If you would like the correct item shipped, please let us know and we will ship the correct item  (subject to product availability, shipping costs is the customers responsibility). When returning the item, please make sure items are returned in its original condition with original packaging. Items returned outside its original condition / packaging and incomplete packs will not be accepted by Lavish Miami Designs, no credit will be given and you will have to pay to have items shipped back to you.
